Haipu mixed bed ion exchange resins are deep desalination solutions integrating cation and anion exchange functions, specifically designed for high-purity water treatment processes. The system uses a precise ratio of strong acid cation resin (H⁺ form) and strong base anion resin (OH⁻ form) to create a multi-stage ion exchange interface, enabling efficient collaborative removal of anionic and cationic impurities such as sodium ions (Na⁺), chloride ions (Cl⁻), and sulfate ions (SO₄²⁻) in water.

Haipu mixed bed ion exchange resin is a deep desalination solution that integrates cation and anion exchange functions, and is designed specifically for high-purity water treatment processes. The system uses a precise combination of strongly acidic cation resin (H⁺type) and strongly alkaline anion resin (OH⁻ type) to construct a multi-stage ion exchange interface to achieve efficient and coordinated removal of cationic and anionic impurities such as sodium ions (Na⁺), chloride ions (Cl⁻), and sulfate (SO4²⁻) in water.

Core Technical Features

1. Two-Phase Reaction Mechanism

Cation resin: selectively captures divalent cations (Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺, etc.) and releases H⁺ to regulate pH

Anion resin: removes anionic impurities (HCO₃⁻, NO₃⁻, etc.) and releases OH⁻ to participate in neutralization reactions

2. Adsorption Adaptability

Macroporous mixed bed resins exhibit excellent kinetic properties and exchange capacity, extremely high purification purity and regeneration efficiency, as well as superior physical and chemical stability and anti-penetration strength

3. Process Compatibility

Supports continuous operation and intermittent operation, is compatible with deep treatment of reverse osmosis (RO) permeate, and can withstand instantaneous shock loads up to 150% of the design flow rate.
