The heavy metal content of electroplating solution and wastewater in the electroplating industry is high and the composition is complex. Whether directly treated to meet the discharge standards or recycling, it’s more and more difficult to meet the current needs of the industry by traditional process. Our company targets the characteristics of specific heavy metal ions and utilizes the special functional groups of chelating resins to form complexes with heavy metal ions to achieve the recovery and utilization of heavy metal ions.
HT609 polymer has abundant nanopores and excellent hydraulic diffusion properties, which ensures that the adsorbent has a fast iron removal rate and high activity.
HT609 is a special adsorbent material developed for iron removal, with strong complexing ability for positive trivalent iron ions and complexed iron. It is suitable for direct adsorption of iron under acidic until neutral conditions, and can be regenerated directly with the configured acid after adsorption saturation, and can be cleaned with soft water to start the next cycle of adsorption. The saturated adsorption amount can still reach 25g/L under complex water quality conditions. While adsorbing iron, it has relatively weak selectivity for metal ions such as zinc, nickel and copper.
