HPC001 is a hybrid nano-adsorbent that uses the "confinement effect" of polymer channels to efficiently load high-efficiency cobalt nano-adsorbents, ensuring high activity and stability of the adsorbent. HPC001 has a high adsorption capacity and selectivity for cobalt ions, especially when the nickel-cobalt ratio is greater than 10:1, it still has high adsorption capacity and selectivity for cobalt, stable effluent, and excellent regeneration performance.
①Excellent physical and chemical properties: good erosion resistance, stable physical and chemical properties, excellent mechanical properties, and the loss rate of adsorption/desorption after 100 times is less than 0.1%.
② High adsorption capacity: The adsorption capacity for cobalt is greater than 30 mg Co/g-adsorbent, and the adsorption efficiency is high.
③Excellent selectivity: Even in laterite nickel ores with high nickel content and low cobalt content, it still exhibits extremely high selectivity for cobalt.
④ Wide applicability: It can replace a variety of cobalt extraction processes and is suitable for complex mineral environments.
The dissolution loss rate of this product after 100 adsorption/desorption times is less than 0.1%, and the adsorption capacity of cobalt is greater than 30mgCo/g-adsorbent. In laterite nickel ore with high nickel content and low cobalt content, the selectivity for cobalt is still very high. It can replace various extraction processes for cobalt.
