HP706——Advanced Calcium/Magnesium Removal Resin

HP706 resin is a kind of polymer adsorbent material with special chelating groups on the surface, which is for removing calcium, magnesium and other heavy metal impurities from energy metal feed solution.HP705 ion selective adsorption sequence is Uo2+ > Pb2+ > Cu2+ > Zn2+ > Ni2+ >Cd2+ > Co2+ > Ca2+ > Mg2+ >Sr2+ > Ba2+ >> Alkali Metal.

HP706 polymer has abundant nanopores, uniform cross-linking, and excellent hydraulic diffusion performance, which ensures that the adsorbent has fast adsorption rate, high adsorption accuracy, high mechanical strength, and good stability in removing high-price metals and heavy metals. HP706 has large adsorption capacity, simple desorption method, low desorption cost, long service life, and can be reused many times.

Application Scenarios

① Removal of calcium and magnesium from lithium-containing liquid, removal of calcium and magnesium from brine in the chlor-alkali industry, hard water softening and pure water preparation.  The content of calcium and magnesium can be reduced to below 0.1 mg/L.

② Deep removal of nickel, copper, lead and zinc from electroplating wastewater. Removal of lead and zinc from sulfuric acid solution, recycling of PCB wastewater, recycling of nickel and cobalt from ternary batteries, treatment of wastewater from the PTA industry, treatment of wastewater from aluminum profiles and stainless steel cleaning, and removal of nickel from metallurgical wastewater.

③ Copper mine wastewater treatment, electrolyte recovery of copper.
