HP268——Oil/TOC Removal Resins

HP268 is a kind of polymer porous adsorption resin with excellent pore structure, high specific surface area and pore volume, which can be specially used for removing oil from water. It has good mechanical and chemical stability, and the inner and outer surfaces are rich in functional groups with strong affinity for oil, which makes it have a better adsorption effect on oil in water.


Product advantages

HP268 has advantages of large adsorption capacity for oil, fast adsorption rate, easy regeneration, simple operation and long service life.

Full-spectrum organic matter adsorption: pore size distribution (1-50 nm) covers small molecules to macromolecules, TOC adsorption capacity >300 mg/g, and the adsorption rate constant is 2 times higher than that of activated carbon.

Extreme chemical resistance: It is resistant to pH 1-14, organic solvents (e.g. DMF, acetone) and high temperature (≤80℃), and the capacity retention rate is >90% after 100 times of recycling.

Green regeneration characteristics: ethanol/steam regeneration process, desorption efficiency >98%, no secondary pollution, comprehensive operating costs reduced by 40%.

Oil removal from water,  resource treatment of oily wastewater generated by extraction process, oil removal from various liquid. In addition, it can also be used in the impurity removal of leaching solution to remove TOC (residual P204\P507\sulfonated kerosene, etc.) in cobalt sulfate and nickel sulfate solution. The TOC can be reduced to below 20mg/L. The overall process is efficient and green, and no new impurities will be introduced into the liquid.
