Spray weaving wastewater treatment process - adsorption. Due to the continuous deterioration of water environment caused by industrial development and the increasing lack of water resources, the country has paid more attention to environmental protection and water conservation issues. Currently, areas with concentrated printing and dyeing processing industries such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Guangdong, as well as some water scarce areas in the north, have generally raised the discharge standards for wastewater treatment; Strict restrictions have also been imposed on the wastewater discharge of printing and dyeing enterprises, and water resource fees and sewage discharge fees have begun to increase significantly.
The water jet loom is a commonly used machine in the textile industry, which requires a certain amount of clean water to be sprayed and driven during operation. The wastewater discharged by this equipment mainly includes grease, gelatinous substances, suspended particles, chemical slurry, heavy metals, and organic matter, which is one of the difficult industrial wastewater to treat.
The existing complete set of equipment for the treatment and reuse of wastewater from water jet looms can effectively remove non water soluble pollutants from wastewater. However, the wastewater from water jet loom industrial parks contains not only the aforementioned non water soluble pollutants, but also other water-soluble organic compounds. After physical and chemical treatment such as drug addition, although it can meet the requirements for reuse of water jet looms, it is difficult to meet the national standard of GB18918-2002 Grade I A for pollutant discharge from urban sewage treatment plants.
The HP388 resin developed by Haipu can be used for the treatment of spray weaving wastewater. The HP388 decolorization and COD removal adsorbent is a nano hybrid adsorbent developed by synthesizing basic spheres through suspension polymerization of organic monomers, further adjusting the pore size, modifying the inner and outer surface functional groups, and using nano hybridization technology. The material has high mechanical strength and good stability.

Through functional modification, functional groups are bonded onto the surface of polymer to achieve excellent selective adsorption of COD and chromaticity, thereby achieving efficient COD removal and decolorization.
HP388 adsorbent can selectively adsorb the main components of organic wastewater, greatly reducing COD, chromaticity and other indicators of the wastewater. It can be directly discharged to meet the standard, or combined with subsequent RO systems to achieve reclaimed water reuse, improve RO water production rate, and extend its service life. The COD and chromaticity of RO concentrated water are relatively low, and can be directly discharged through pipelines.
HP388 is suitable for:
Various biochemical effluent standards, decolorization, and COD removal
Standard treatment of other high chromaticity organic wastewater
Efficient water reuse - ultrafiltration+HP388+reverse osmosis
