Treatment and Resource Utilization of Organic Waste Gas

Haipu Company has developed a special polymer adsorbent based on the characteristics of organic waste gas, which has the advantages of large adsorption capacity, high adsorption accuracy, fast adsorption rate, and high removal rate. After the adsorbent is saturated, the blow off technique can be used to desorb the organic matter adsorbed on the adsorbent and recover the relevant organic matter. After desorption, the adsorbent regains its adsorption capacity, and the regenerated adsorption performance is stable and can operate for a long time.


Application Case 1:

The production waste gas in a pharmaceutical factory workshop in Zhejiang requires a dichloromethane recovery rate of ≥ 95%, which is then treated and sent to the RTO system. By using our company's professional adsorbent for waste gas, we have achieved over 95% removal and recovery of dichloromethane, while simultaneously achieving waste gas treatment and resource utilization.

Application Case 2:

A petrochemical enterprise in Beijing produces waste gas containing benzene organic compounds during the production process. Previously, the customer used activated carbon fiber, but found that its adsorption performance deteriorated significantly during use, resulting in high replacement costs. The customer entrusted our company to renovate the relevant waste gas equipment and use our dedicated adsorbent to treat the waste gas. The system operates stably and has high processing accuracy.
