A Cyclohexane Waste Gas Resource Recovery Project of Petrochemical Industry in Hunan

During the production process, cyclohexane tail gas with a concentration of tens of thousands of ppm will be generated. In the early stage, activated carbon fiber was used for adsorption and desorption treatment, and the emission could meet the standard within a short period of 3 to 4 months. The subsequent adsorption performance decreased rapidly until it continued to exceed the standard. After treatment with our company's special resin, the tail gas can continue to meet the standard (less than 50mg/m³), and cyclohexane can be recycled for the production line, achieving a comprehensive treatment effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
