A new energy enterprise in Anhui province produced in the process of lithium battery recycling separator and shell cleaning ammonium sulfate solution containing metal ions nickel, cobalt, manganese, need to remove the recovery of nickel, cobalt and manganese, the liquid for reuse.

Haipu process advantage

The nickel < 10mg/L, cobalt < 10mg/L and manganese < 50mg/L were removed by HP4020 adsorption process to less than 1mg/L, and the ammonium sulfate solution was qualified for reuse. The HP4020 chelating resin used in this adsorption process has high selectivity for nickel, cobalt and manganese, large resin adsorption capacity, long regeneration cycle, small footprint and low operating cost, and realizes the recycling of resources.
