Project Overview:

A lithium hydroxide production project with an annual output of 20,000 tons at a salt lake in Lagocuo, Tibet, situated at an altitude of 4600 meters. The project utilizes Haipu's titanium series adsorbent to efficiently extract lithium ions from the original brine of the salt lake.

Brine Lithium Concentration: ~0.22g/L

Sodium Concentration: ~20g/L

Carbonate Concentration: ~3g/L

Brine pH: ~9.2


Our company provides 1500m³ of titanium series adsorbent, achieving a qualified lithium solution concentration of over 1400mg/L, with a lithium-to-sodium ratio greater than 2:1 and a lithium-to-magnesium ratio greater than 3. The lithium yield is over 80%. Haipu's titanium series lithium extraction products feature fast adsorption rates, high selectivity, stable operation, and a green, pollution-free extraction process that protects the surrounding salt lake ecosystem. This project marks the first large-scale application of titanium series adsorbents.
