A lithium extraction project from old brine at a salt lake in Xinjiang, where the average lithium concentration in the old brine is about 0.80g/L and the magnesium concentration is about 120g/L. The inlet brine temperature can be as low as 0°C. Haipu's aluminum series lithium extraction adsorbent shows significant advantages in parameters such as qualified lithium solution concentration, tail brine lithium concentration, and lithium production rate, earning customer approval. The qualified lithium solution concentration is above 900mg/L, with a magnesium-to-lithium ratio below 1.5.


Another lithium extraction project from old brine at a salt lake in Xinjiang aims to produce 5000 tons of lithium carbonate annually. By using Haipu's aluminum series lithium extraction adsorbent, the magnesium-to-lithium ratio in the brine is reduced from 200 to 1, significantly lowering the difficulty and cost of lithium carbonate production.
