Color coated plate is a composite material made by coating one or more layers of organic paint on the surface of a metal substrate after entering the color coating unit and baking and curing it.
A large amount of waste gas is generated in the production of color coated boards, mainly composed of dimethyl benzene, trimethylbenzene, cyclohexane, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc. The cracking and combustion of organic solvents release a large amount of heat energy.
At present, most color coated board production lines directly discharge the exhaust gas after combustion and solidification into the atmosphere, which not only pollutes the environment but also wastes a large amount of organic solvents, increasing production costs. How to effectively purify and recover the exhaust gas generated by combustion and solidification is an urgent problem that needs to be solved in the color coated board industry.

Therefore, in response to the current problems in the treatment of waste gas in the petrochemical industry, Haipu has developed HDV type polymer nano adsorbents, which can remove hydrocarbons, benzene, ketones, ethers, esters, alcohols, and phenols from waste gas. After adsorption saturation, steam is used to desorb and regenerate the nano adsorbents, and this organic component can be condensed and recovered.

VOCs adsorption is the process of using Haipu waste gas adsorption resin to adsorb a certain solvent in the gas, enriching it into the adsorbent pores, thereby achieving the recovery of volatile solvents and the treatment of waste gas compliance (or reducing the burden for subsequent compliance); Desorption is the reverse process of adsorption, in which the adsorbed solvent is released from the adsorbent under certain conditions, allowing the adsorbent to be regenerated (reused for adsorption).
The 500 cubic meters/hour cyclohexane waste gas generated by a certain petrochemical company, with a capacity of 3075mg/m³, was treated by our resin adsorption process to reduce the cyclohexane content to 2.7mg/m³. At the same time, about 300 tons of cyclohexane were recovered annually, with significant and stable effects.
This process not only effectively avoids the problems of high operation and maintenance costs and difficult management, but also has fewer limitations on the technical applicability of materials compared to traditional materials. It does not require overall replacement in use, with an annual replenishment of ≤ 5%. The surface is hydrophobic and the adsorption performance is stable; Good mechanical strength, no collapse of holes, no powdering, high-temperature resistance, and long service life.
