Coating Exhaust Gas Treatment Method-Resin Adsorption

During the coating production process, the organic waste gas emitted contains a mixture of various substances such as toluene, dichloropropane, dichloroethane, methanol, and o-chlorotoluene.


Due to the continuous high temperature during the coating production process, the released organic waste gas has a high temperature of about 60 ℃, and the organic content in the organic waste gas does not meet environmental emission standards.


In addition, organic waste gas not only contains various components such as toluene, dichloropropane, dichloroethane, methanol, and o-chlorotoluene, but also water vapor and a small amount of solid or liquid particles.


Throughout the entire production process of the coating production line, the emission of organic waste gas is significant, and the amount of organic matter contained in it will also be considerable. Therefore, from a cost perspective, resource recycling and reuse are preferred.

HDV336 waste gas adsorbent is a polymer adsorbent material that uses the concentration difference of benzene in different media as a driving force to adsorb and remove benzene organic compounds through the affinity between the adsorbent and the benzene ring and the high pore volume of the adsorbent. Therefore, HDV336 has high adsorption selectivity and accuracy for benzene derivatives.


This series of adsorption resin products features abundant polymer nanopores and excellent hydraulic diffusion performance, ensuring fast adsorption rate and high activity of the adsorbent.


Adsorption of dichloroethane: This project effectively achieves the recovery of dichloroethane waste gas, providing protection for subsequent RTO systems; Recycling resources worth approximately 1.1 million yuan annually.

Adsorption of toluene waste gas: A company in Beijing produced 3000mg/m³ of toluene waste gas. After multiple comparisons and investigations, Haipu technology was selected. After our special adsorption process, the toluene content was reduced to 5mg/m³, and about 50 tons of toluene were recovered annually. The effect was significant and stable.


The company will gradually adopt our adsorption technology instead of the original activated carbon fiber technology for the treatment of nearly 20 other VOCs in the future.
