The organic content in the wastewater discharged from the chemical and pharmaceutical industries is high, resulting in deep color and strong odor. Often, the water quality of such wastewater changes greatly, with COD content fluctuating between 5000-20000mg/L. If the treatment effect is not ideal, it will pollute the ecological environment. Common treatment methods include biochemical method, Fenton oxidation method, and adsorption method. The types of organic matter in wastewater are complex and have poor biodegradability. Fenton oxidation method has higher treatment costs. Compared with these two methods, adsorption method has the advantages of high efficiency, low consumption, and thorough treatment.
Our company has developed a special adsorbent with independent intellectual property rights and its supporting treatment process, which can efficiently treat this type of wastewater. The organic matter in the wastewater can be recovered, and after two-stage treatment, the effluent is colorless and can be discharged in compliance with standards or reused as reclaimed water in production. Our company treats this type of wastewater with the concept of recycling, which not only achieves the purpose of wastewater treatment, but also greatly reduces the operating costs of the enterprise.
The process flow is as follows:

1. The intermediate wastewater from a certain chemical enterprise contains 3000mg/L organic acids, which are brownish red in color. After adsorption treatment by our company, the organic acids in the effluent are less than 0.5mg/L and colorless. The effluent is reused in production.

2. The effluent from a certain enterprise's wastewater after biochemical treatment is yellow (chromaticity>300 times). Due to excessive chromaticity, it cannot be directly connected to the park's pipeline network. After our decolorization treatment, the effluent is colorless and COD is further reduced. It can be directly discharged or reused as reclaimed water.

3. A certain enterprise contains organic waste sulfuric acid (containing about 40% sulfuric acid) with high organic content, COD reaching about 40000 mg/L, appearing orange yellow. After our company's special adsorption treatment, the effluent COD is less than 3000 mg/L, and the effluent is colorless. After concentration and concentration, it can be reused in production.
