Inositol is a saturated cyclic polyol and one of the B vitamins. It has similar effects to vitamin B1 and biotin H, and can promote the growth of certain animals and microorganisms. It can be used as an additive in nutritional drugs, weight loss and lipid-lowering health products, and high-end cosmetics. In addition, inositol can also promote the cultivation of various bacterial strains and yeast growth, and can be used as an additive in nutritional and health foods, feed, etc.
Inositol not only exists in a free state in the muscles, hearts, and livers of animals, but also exists as a constituent of phospholipids in the liver, brain, and egg yolks of mammals, or widely exists in plants in the form of phytin (i.e. inositol hexaphosphate calcium magnesium), especially in seeds, grains, embryos, and rice bran. The main raw materials for inositol production in China are by-products produced during agricultural product processing, such as corn soaking water and rice bran soaking water.

During production, the corn soaked water is further concentrated by resin adsorption, and then the concentrated feed solution through nanofiltration membrane needs to be further purified by the calcium and magnesium removal process of the resin. After a series of filtration and separation at the back end, inositol products and phosphoric acid products can be obtained.
Haipu Calcium and Magnesium Removal Resin HP4020 is a chelating resin specifically used for removing calcium and magnesium from various feed liquids. This polymer material has abundant nanopores, uniform cross-linking, and excellent hydraulic diffusion performance, ensuring fast adsorption rate, high activity, high mechanical strength, and good stability of the adsorbent when removing calcium and magnesium.
HP4020 has a large adsorption capacity, simple desorption method, low desorption cost, long service life, and can be reused multiple times. It is suitable for deep upgrading of calcium and magnesium containing feed solutions, deep treatment and compliance of calcium and magnesium in new energy industry feed solutions, etc.
