Resource Utilization and Advanced Treatment of High Salt Wastewater

During the production process of printing and dyeing factories, pesticide factories, and other fine chemicals, high salt wastewater (with a salt content of 10-25%) is generated, which generally presents characteristics of large emissions and high organic matter content, especially nitrogen-containing organic matter and high ammonia nitrogen content. Depending on the specific situation, valuable raw materials, intermediates, or products in this type of wastewater can be separated, purified, and recovered first. After resource utilization treatment, some of the effluent can be directly sent to MVR for salt recovery, or saline water containing sodium chloride can be sold to chlor alkali plants as brine raw materials. Some high salt wastewater, after resource recovery of organic matter, still contains high levels of organic matter, nitrogen-containing organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, etc., and further deep treatment is needed to meet the requirements for entering MVR or directly used as chlor alkali raw materials.

Our technical team has developed high-performance adsorbents for this type of high salt wastewater, which can efficiently remove organic matter, nitrogen-containing organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, etc. from this type of high salt wastewater, effectively solving the treatment and resource recovery of this type of wastewater, especially the problem of salt recovery.
