A customer in Shanghai, the company mainly provides customized research and development of innovative drug raw materials and finished products for pharmaceutical companies and emerging biotechnology companies around the world.



The company has a wide business scope and high production capacity. With the local policies and production demands, higher requirements for environmental protection have been put forward. After multiple comparisons and investigations, the customer finally chose Haipu for the overall design of its waste gas treatment project.
During the epidemic, there was a rebound. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, while complying with local epidemic prevention policies, employees at all levels united and carried out related work in an orderly manner. From planning and scheduling, material procurement, to equipment assembly and installation, all staff worked together, worked overtime, and completed the production of the dismantling equipment on schedule and sent it to the project site.

This waste gas treatment project is aimed at the 1000Nm³/h dichloromethane waste gas generated during the customer's production process, with a concentration of 25000mg/m³. After adsorption treatment, the dichloromethane content is ≤ 40mg/m³, meeting the customer's needs.
