Project situation and problems:

The solid waste rotary kiln of a certain agricultural chemical enterprise in Jiangsu produces alkaline absorption liquid containing fluorine waste gas, which needs to be treated with zero emission. The feed liquid is pretreated with calcium to remove most of the fluoride ions, and deep defluorination is required to treat the fluoride ion concentration to <1mg/L.


Treatment process and advantages:

This project adopts Haipu`s HP3500 adsorption treatment process. The fluoride content of the raw water is ~250mg/L. After adsorption treatment, the effluent is stable and the content of fluorine is less than 1mg/L. The effluent is concentrated and reduced by the electrodialysis concentration system, and the by-product salt is recovered by evaporation. Achieving the dual goals of reclaimed water reuse and resource recycling is of great significance to the development of the enterprise. The system has a high degree of automation and occupies a small area of land. The adsorption process combined with other technical processes to achieve zero-emission treatment of wastewater has exemplary significance.
