Conference | Exchange Meeting on ''Advanced Wastewater Treatment Process for Class IV Surface Water Standards'' and New Process Upgrading and Transformation of Wastewater Treatment Plants

In order to meet the stricter requirements for sewage treatment in key regions and watersheds, various provinces and cities have introduced new local regulations, which implement or refer to the "Surface Water Environmental Quality Standards" (GB3838-2002) standards for pollutant discharge from urban sewage treatment plants.

How to meet the pollutant index system in the new standards is an important task. In view of this, the Industrial Environmental Protection Network held the 4th "IV Class Surface Water Standard Sewage Deep Treatment Process" and Sewage Treatment Plant New Process Upgrading and Transformation Exchange Conference in Suzhou on October 24-25. The conference revolves around the theme of "promoting innovative technologies and strengthening engineering applications", interpreting newly issued policies and regulations, and discussing the difficulties in applying technologies after the upgrading of sewage discharge standards.

At the same time, new processes, methods, and devices for deep sewage treatment were introduced and analyzed, and the development direction of deep water treatment technology that meets the Class IV standard for surface water was discussed.
