HP686 is a weakly alkaline chelating resin that can be used for highly selective adsorption of metals such as copper and nickel. HP686
The polymer skeleton has uniform cross-linking inside and outside, excellent adsorption kinetics, high adsorption capacity, and good mechanical strength. In an acidic solution with a pH of around 2, heavy metals can still be efficiently removed, and their selectivity for metal ion adsorption is in the following order:
Cu
2+ >> Ni2+ > UO2
2+ > Fe
3+ > Zn
2+ > Co
2+ > Cd
2+ > Fe
2+ > Mn
2+.
HP686 is suitable for:
Can be used for the recovery of nickel and copper in the production process of lithium positive electrode materials, lithium battery recycling, etc., and for the purification of the feed solution
Can adsorb copper ions under acidic conditions (pH<2)
Remove nickel ions from cobalt electrolyte and purify the electrolyte
Selective adsorption of heavy metal ions such as nickel and copper in strong chelating agent solutions such as EDTA
Chromium (III) bath purification to remove copper and nickel ions
