Resource Utilization Treatment Method for Ortho Aminobenzoic Acid Wastewater

The adsorption process for ortho aminobenzoic acid wastewater developed by Jiangsu Haipu Functional Materials Co., Ltd. adsorbs and recovers the vast majority of ortho aminobenzoic acid in the wastewater, and the adsorbed water contains almost no ortho aminobenzoic acid, ensuring subsequent discharge or reuse requirements.


When using Haipu's adsorption process to treat wastewater, the wastewater is pre filtered to remove suspended and particulate matter, and then enters the adsorption tower for adsorption. The special adsorption material filled in the adsorption tower can adsorb the ortho aminobenzoic acid substance in the wastewater on the surface of the material. After adsorption saturation, a specific desorption agent is used to desorb the adsorption material, achieving the recovery and separation of ortho aminobenzoic acid substance. Case Introduction

The newly built adsorption treatment facility for ortho aminobenzoic acid wastewater has a total designed wastewater treatment capacity of 200m 3/d. The wastewater is workshop mother liquor wastewater, which contains a large amount of COD organic matter. The concentration of ortho aminobenzoic acid is high, and conventional biochemical treatment cannot recover ortho aminobenzoic acid. Biochemical treatment is difficult, which brings great pressure to the environmental protection production of the enterprise. Using our company's independently developed special adsorption material for the adsorption treatment of this wastewater, it can efficiently remove ortho aminobenzoic acid substances. Multiple batches of repeated experiments have proven that this method is stable and reliable, ensuring that the effluent continues to meet standards. The wastewater design indicators are shown in the table below.
