Due to the high concentration of exhaust gas emitted from the customer's production workshop, there is a daily loss of 3 tons, and the effect of traditional cryogenic processes is not significant. The adsorption rate of the originally installed activated carbon adsorption device was relatively poor, and the activated carbon often needs to be replaced. For this purpose, we tailor-made on-site test prototypes for our customers, and the test results were very good. Later, after on-site inspection, we installed a set of ethyl acetate waste gas adsorption and recovery devices, with a daily recovery capacity of 2.5-3 tons, creating good economic benefits for our customers while also solving their environmental problems.


After eight years of technical research and development, our company has rich engineering experience and highly automated equipment. Combined with current information technology requirements, we have achieved IoT diagnosis, helping customers discover and solve problems in the first place. Meanwhile, the overall energy consumption of the equipment is decreasing, which not only enables waste utilization but also meets environmental protection requirements.


The adsorption characteristics of the new nano adsorbent material are different from those of broad-spectrum macroporous adsorbent resin. We have improved the structure and properties of the adsorbent material, making its service life longer and adsorption performance more stable.
